In the first half of this year, we have already received two further orders, which confirm our successful market position in the field of decorative films.
This includes a lacquering machine for a leading producer of high-quality artificial leather for the automotive industry. The machine serves as an extension of an OLBRICH lacquering line and is characterized by a high-precision, indirect coating module. The working width is up to 1.600 mm.
The other order includes a complete laminating and embossing line for lamination of up to three different films. The end-products can be very diverse, from furniture films to self-adhesive films. The speed of the line is over 40 m/min. and the working width is up to 1,700 mm.
A special feature of the line is the special winding technology, which we at OLBRICH have developed explicitly for this order: With the newly developed cutting and splicing technology, start-up and product changeover losses are minimized even further. Thus, the overall efficiency of the entire line sustainably increases - to the benefit of our customers.
