OLBRICH GmbH appoints Jeannine Heister and Josef Doeing as authorised signatories

Bocholt/Germany, May 25, 2020: OLBRICH GmbH in Bocholt, a leading company for machines and plants for the finishing of web-shaped products, strengthens its management team at the headquarters in Bocholt: Jeannine Heister (head of H&R) and Josef Doeing (Director Sales) are appointed authorized signatories with immediate effect. Both will continue their previous functions as department heads in the usual manner.

Managing Directors Bastian Kuhl and Rolf Langkamp: "We are very pleased that we have been able to win over our HR Manager Jeanine Heister and our long-standing Sales Manager Josef Doeing for these tasks. Within the scope of the advanced restructuring process within the OLBRICH Group, we want to send a clear signal to the most important groups of people for our company with this step: our employees and our customers. Jeannine Heister, 41 years old, certified personnel specialist, has been working in various areas of personnel management since 2004. In 2008 she started as personnel officer at the Borgers Group and took over the personnel management of OLBRICH GmbH in 2012. Focus: "The employees in the centre of the company in order to shape the joint development of both employees and the company".

Josef Doeing, 57 years old, Dipl.Ing. (FH) joined the company in 1989 as an electrical engineer. After positions in planning and commissioning, project management and sales, he took over the sales management in 2010. The guiding principle: "The customer in focus - sales work does not stop with the conclusion of the sale".
