Jeannine Heister, 41 years old, certified personnel specialist, has been working in various areas of personnel management since 2004. In 2008 she started as personnel officer at the Borgers Group and took over the personnel management of OLBRICH GmbH in 2012. Focus: "The employees in the centre of the company in order to shape the joint development of both employees and the company".
Josef Doeing, 57 years old, Dipl.Ing. (FH) joined the company in 1989 as an electrical engineer. After positions in planning and commissioning, project management and sales, he took over the sales management in 2010. The guiding principle: "The customer in focus - sales work does not stop with the conclusion of the sale".
