Both started their training in September 2019. Phyllis Golembeck learned the profession of industrial clerk, Jakob Gohsen completed the first training stage "technical product designer" of his studies for a Bachelor of Engineering, specialising in mechanical engineering.

OLBRICH GmbH provides apprenticeships in the professions of electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic as well as Bachelor of Engineering, specialising in mechanical engineering and Bachelor of Science, specialising in business informatics, and has a high takeover rate of around 60 percent.
